GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Rough Construction Works Engineer” to be assigned to our projects in Mozambique.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of universities,
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in large-scale superstructure projects,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs,
- High material and detail knowledge,
- Familiar with billing, comparison, planning, and reporting processes,
- Strong communication and management skills, •
- able to adapt to a demanding work pace and flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and report on the operations of rough construction project and construction works,
- Finalize manufacturing in target periods and quality in accordance with the project and technical specifications,
- Organize and coordinate the field team to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the work program and quality rules,
- Ensure effective resolution of problems encountered during the manufacturing process,
- Coordinate with subcontractors, construction site, and other technical disciplines,
- Ensure effective implementation of quality, occupational health, and safety rules.
