QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Site Architect“ to be assigned to our projects in Mozambique.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the Engineering or Architecture departments of universities,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale superstructure projects,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD programs,
- Knowledgeable in materials and details,
- Capable of preparing quantity surveys as per Technical Office requests,
- Organized, disciplined, and team-oriented,
- Able to adapt to a demanding work pace and flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise the manufacturing works for which they are responsible according to the technical specifications and ensure that they are completed in target periods and quality according to the work program,
- Check subcontractor billings, report discrepancies by conducting quantity surveys based on completed works,
- Coordinate with subcontractors, Design, Electrical, and Mechanical Works teams,
- Prepare any necessary correspondence, meeting notes, reports, etc., for the monitoring and continuation of the work, and maintain file/topic tracking,
- Ensure effective implementation of quality, occupational health, and safety rules.
