GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Project Design Architect” ” to be assigned to the Project Management and Design Department at our Trabzon Central Office.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of the Architecture Department of universities,
- Experienced in large-scale residential projects for at least 5-10,
- Able to ensure the harmony and execution of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural projects,
- Proficient in the preparation of architectural implementation projects on the construction site, with a good command of details, materials, and manufacturing solutions,
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD programs, preferably with knowledge of Revit,
- Strong coordination and communication skills, disciplined, attentive, and inclined to teamwork,
- Able to adapt to a demanding work pace and flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To have command of all project process solutions related to the implementation under the responsibility of the design unit,
- To follow and publish projects issued from the central office to the construction site and coordinate with other disciplines,
- To superimpose Reinforced Concrete – Steel – Architectural – Electrical – Mechanical projects,
- To prepare and publish Shop-drawing and As-built projects required by discipline projects
- To follow up and resolve issues arising from manufacturing units and prepare additional drawings needed in the field during production,
- To support estimation, measurement, and bid control processes.
